Breakfast Pizza



Ingredients:
1. Small Pizza base
2. Green onion
2. 2 eggs
3. Bacon
4. Italian seasoning
5. Paprika
6. Cheddar cheese (optional) 
7. Alfredo sauce 
8. tomato 
9. Fresh Coriander (Garnish)


- Precook your bacon until lightly browned. First place your pizza base on a greased cooking sheet. Next spread an even, light layer of Alfredo sauce over the base. Next season as desired with Italian seasoning. Sprinkle a pinch of Paprika over the base. 

Add a quarter of a cup of tomato and green onion sprinkled evenly over the base. Next, place two strips of cooked bacon over the base an inch or two apart. Lastly crack two eggs over the pizza. ( You may add a very light coating of shredded cheddar cheese if preferred) Cook until egg whites are completely done, garnish with coriander and serve.
