Steak and bacon quesadilla

You can really put any meat in a quesadilla and it will taste amazing...

We had leftover steak from our dinner the previous night so we decided to put it to use instead of throwing it away. So for lunch we made steak and bacon quesadilla's! Here is the recipe:

Steak&Bacon&Mushroom&Avocado Quesadilla's

1. Coriander
2. Green onion 
3. Cooked and cubed steak pieces 
4. Cooked bacon
5. Sautéed mushrooms 
6. Avocado 
7. Cheddar cheese 
8. Tortillas 

(The portions you use for each ingredients really depends on you! Just load it up!) 

Gather your ingredients. Place a tortilla flat in the center of a greased frying pan. Shred a good amount of cheddar cheese in the center of the tortilla and spread it out evenly. Add your ingredients in whatever order you like ( I usually go with the meat first). Sprinkle a bit more cheese on top of that if you wish. Place another tortilla on top to make a sandwich. Cook one side until lightly browned and cheese is melted and then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. Serve with sour cream and garnish with a bit more coriander and enjoy!
