Riverbar & Kitchen Cocktail Masterclass-

Always wanted to learn more about making cocktails? Well, we have the perfect opportunity for you. The award winning mixologist, bartender, and author Jeremy Shipley is holding a cocktail masterclass at the popular watering hole & restaurant- Riverbar & Kitchen

Jeremy is a well known figure in the Australian cocktail & bartending community. He won the Australian Gourmet Travellers Magazines "Best of the Best Bars" award. He was also the co-author of the popular cocktail book, Shaken. So those who attend the masterclass will be in good hands. Throw a party and impress your friends with your cocktail crafting skills!

The class will be 1.5 hours long and take place from 6:00pm - 7:30 pm on Thursday August, 28. Tickets are priced at only $45 per person. This class will be very hands on. You will get to shake, stir, and taste each of your creations. Attendees will try their hand at concocting a Hotel Georgia, Mojito (my personal favourite), and Plum Shino. Grab a couple of your drinking mates and attend this fun & simple masterclass. Tickets are available for purchase- HERE.

Seafood, spectacular views, and lots of bubbly: My 21st Birthday Trip To Rainbow Beach...

On July 26 I turned the BIG TWO ONE! To celebrate we took a trip to Rainbow Beach. I'm not much of a party girl. I love low key, romantic birthday celebrations (with a few memorable experiences thrown in). That is exactly what I got this year!

I had never been to Rainbow Beach but I'd heard great things. I'm not extremely hard to please...give me a villa on the beach and a bottle of bubbly and I'm a happy girl. That's romance...

We ALWAYS go on a trip for birthdays. I firmly believe that you should NEVER celebrate your birthday at home.

Finding a good Thai restaurant in Brisbane is a lot like finding true love...

When you've got something good, don't let it go! We definitely want Mons Ban Sabai in our life (for the rest of our life). Yes, it was love at first bite a few weeks ago when we attended a special foodie dinner at the Camp Hill restaurant to celebrate the launch of their new menu.
